Day 1
Welcome to Los Angeles! When all students have arrived, we will have dinner in downtown LA.
Day 2
A guided sightseeing tour of Los Angeles begins at the Hollywood Bowl, where you’ll see the area’s most recognizable sight – the Hollywood sign! You might even catch a glimpse of a celebrity mingling amongst the tourists. You will also pay a visit to the Guinness World Record Museum and the famous Hollywood Wax Museum.
Day 3
A visit to Universal Studios offers a behind-the-scenes look at the moviemaking experience. Step onto actual movie sets during the studio tour, and learn the secrets of Universal’s biggest blockbusters in the exciting Special Effect Stages.
Day 4
Travel to Las Vegas, the glitzy entertainment oasis of the Nevada desert for an overnight stay. At night, enjoy an „all-you-can-eat“ buffet along the famous Vegas Strip.
Day 5
The Colorado River float trip will take you 15 miles down the magnificent Colorado River. Learn about the delicate ecosystems of the Southwest. En route to America’s most popular national park, the Grand Canyon, traverse the dusty expanses of the Mojave Desert. Spend the night nearby the majestic Grand Canyon.
Day 6
In the morning, explore Desert View Drive for eight miles along the canyon’s rugged South Rim.
Day 7-8
Drive through Red Rock Country with its glorious red mesas, buttes and canyons rising toward the deep blue desert sky. At night, kick up your heels for our boot-stompin’ line dancing outing. On Day 8, you will depart home from Phoenix, AZ.
